Pepper from Wayanad and Idukki, cardamom from the Cardamom Hills, turmeric from Alleppey’s finger-grade belt. Buying where the crop is grown is what makes lot-level traceability possible at all.

Graded to the contract, then tested by someone else
Cleaning, sorting and grading to the standard written into the contract, then third-party analysis. Moisture, bulk density, volatile oil, ASTA colour and pesticide residue are checked before anything is committed.
